About

Tabitha began playing the harp at a very young age and continues her studies with Christina Brier (Eastman School of Music) at the Brooklyn Music Academy in Wilmington, North Carolina. She has also studied under Maggie Lovell (Indiana University) and taken masterclasses with Elzbieta Syzmtthe chair of the harp department at Indiana University School of Music.

In addition to teaching young harpists and leading ensembles, Tabitha has performed everywhere from the North Carolina mountains to Naples, Florida—providing elegant, ethereal music for many dinners, weddings, parties, and high teas. Whether it’s the music of the ancient Celts or modern pop, the harp can adapt to lend the perfect backdrop to many elegant events and celebrations.

Tabitha loves to work with her clients and strives to capture their vision in the music she provides. Her repertoire spans a variety of genres and she is always eager to add to it. She also understands the stress that accompanies event planning and is happy to pick music for you based on your unique preferences.

Tabitha’s experience has made her sensitive and adaptable to the ever changing flow of events, and she works well both solo and with fellow musicians.

Whether you seek elegant flair or a touch of whimsy, Tabitha would be delighted to learn about you and your event and bring your dream to life.
